Pastoral Philosophy① Pastoral Glory to God (1 Corinthians 10:31)– All of Jesus work was a work of glorifying God.
Glory to God was a top priority in Jesus pastoral care.
Ministry should glorify God in all things.
Worship, prayer, word, atrium, service, and pastoral life must be glorified to God.② Happy ministry (Deut.
33:29)– The church must be happy.
The Saints must be happy.
Ministry must be happy.
First of all, the pastor serving the church and the saints must be happy.
You should be grateful and glad for everything.
We must be happy when we serve, and when we communicate with the Saints, we must be happy when we are struggling.Churches and saints can also be happy when looking at a happy pastor.③ Ministry of Grace (Psalm 116: 12)– I came to know Gods grace and repay it.
When you become a pastor of grace moving by Gods grace, a church guaranteed by Gods grace, and saints who experience Gods grace every day, God will rejoice through the ministry of grace.
